Primary duties include opening & closing service orders, acquiring parts and
equipment for repairs, billing and collection of payment for repairs through the
use of Dealer Business System™ software. Daily use of SIS® (Service
Information Sys.) software to locate and acquire parts for CAT engines.

Logistics Clerk, Safety Coordinator
Primary duties include inventory, transportation, warehousing, and planning
management. Perform daily inventory cycle counts to maintain optimum stock
levels. Use of Access and Max™ Inventory Management System (IMS) software
to track inventory levels and fill customer orders. Daily use of XATANET® fleet
planning software to plan optimum delivery routes for drivers, schedule
delivery/pickup, and track driver and vehicle performance. I was Safety
Coordinator of four South Carolina locations. Participated and completed
International Paper’s “Front Line Leadership” training program to improve
communication/presentation skills and manage conflict resolutions with
employees and or customers.

Facility Manager
Accountable for the daily operation of the Greenville manufacturing and
warehouse facility that generated yearly sales of well over 15 million dollars.
Duties included supervision of the 75+/- manufacturing, warehouse, and office
personnel, as well as equipment inventory management and sales forecasting. I
managed the development of equipment to streamline process in order to create
higher productivity with less waste. Managed the scheduling and planning of the
manufacturing process while maintaining a strict focus on quality control and
meeting customer needs. Management of workers compensation claims.
Management of hiring and termination of 25+/- office employees, direct
involvement in the purchase of and maintenance of office equipment such as
phone system, IT, and copy/fax machines. Management of 6 to 10 class “A” truck
drivers as well as evaluating and purchasing capital equipment as needed
including of a million dollar fleet of delivery trucks, sales force automobiles,
and all maintenance, taxes and registration with those vehicles. I was able to
forecast the life expectancy of all company vehicles to optimize the usage of said
vehicles.
