ATM backbone with the customer's previous network, improved customer’s

productivity to 38%.

Served as project leader of 12-person team of IBM China University Donation

project worth US$25 million for 23 leading universities in 15 cities across

China. Designed network layout, wrote software installation manual

(Configuration, Installation & Distribution), did cross-platform connection

(RS/6000, AS/400, PC Server, Hub, Switch), tuned performance (OS/2 Warp,

LanServer, AIX, DB2, VisualFamily, CMVC, TCP/IP, NetView, C, C++,

Fortran, SNMP on 8271 Switch), communicated with center directors

successfully to ensure project done smoothly within tight budget & deadline,

and gave lectures on IBM software products to faculty to help them become
