Provide leadership in designing, developing and implementing a process improvement program with company wide impact.

Establish vision and set direction for a Six Sigma Black Belt team charged with finding new methods to explore problems,

seeking innovative solutions, and crafting change. Cultivate support of executive leadership for change and improvements

throughout Alltel organization.

Increased EBITDA $10 million annually by reducing customer call drivers, increasing product profitability,

eliminating manual re-work and improving system performance.

Attracted, hired and trained new team members to “rebuild” the process improvement group. Coached and
