Established and managed the Wittur Inc. the North American subsidiary of a German based
company that produces architectural sheet metal products for the elevator industry.
Negotiated and secured a $48 million dollar 3 year supply agreement with a multinational
that included a caveat insuring a 4.5% EBITDA. Established Sales and Marketing
organization that succeeded in increasing outside sales by 100% in the first year.
Strategically planned all aspects of the company from infrastructure development and
organization creation to personnel selection, training, and development.
Worked directly with CEDA and BAB to secure grants totaling $1.5 million USD for Wittur Inc.
Facilitating the complete transformation of this facility and establish 2 (Two) distribution
centers both in Canada) and 2 (Two) regional sales offices (Phoenix and Atlanta).
Developed and refined manufacturing process for KONE as it pertained to a divisional
relationship. Implemented strategic Engineering, Fabrication, Resource allocation and
Shipping methods that allowed for an otherwise sluggish division to achieve a 98.5% OTC
status. Also developed LCM for product structures in preparation of company sale.
Implemented JIT, Lean and Global Supply Chain programs for Mid America Door directly
resulting in overall improvements in process efficiencies and material savings in excess of
$1.5 Million dollars.
