• Researched best practice competencies which were predictive of long term performance, which
became the blueprint for leadership curriculum for high potentials. Trained 610 managers in eight
months, with an average facilitator score of 6.5 on a seven point scale.
• Conducted 360 degree sessions with high potential leaders, generated development plans and
interaction observation checklists to measure behavior changes, coached and monitored progress.
Thirty-five percent of managers were promoted.

objectives to skill utilization on the job, which held the participant accountable for the new learning.
