Stabilized corporate e-mail system in 1998 by implementing no-loss recovery setups based on
Microsoft’s Exchange Disaster Recovery White Paper, disabling circular logging which improved
performance, defragmenting information stores during monthly maintenance windows using
ESEUTIL, and extracting mailboxes to PST for archiving using EXMERGE, and separating
Outlook Web Access and SMTP traffic to a separate server, resulting in a 99.9995% aggregate
uptime during the past 5 years.
Expanded corporate server farm from 30 servers to 150 servers while maintaining overall uptime
exceeding 99.97% for 4 straight years.
Introduced the following technologies: Norton Ghost for use by Help Desk in imaging new PCs
