master schedulers, 2 plant managers and 2 buyers at the production plants in leading the analysis, design,
programming, testing, implementation, training and maintenance of the new purchasing and inventory control system.
Created the first forecast and buying plan for fabric lines reducing inventory 50% or $2M annually.
Decreased lost sales $1.2M annually by supplying reliable sales forecasts to suppliers.
