Compensation and Benefits Manager 1995 – 1999
Managed a 401(k) plan conversion – changed record-keeper, plan design and merged newly acquired
companies. Negotiated elimination of participant fees. Saved approximately $75k in the first year.
Re-engineered the entire benefits plans effective January 1998. Improved overall benefits program
saving the company over $200k in the first year.
Revised North American pay practices by moving to a common salary review date in 1998.
Developed and implemented a compensation training program for all North American employees.
Researched and implemented an “All Salaried” workforce as a part of the HR team.
