Engineering team. Supported operations in Mexico, Brazil, South Korea, and China remotely and/or on-

site.

BorgWarner, Morse TEC - Ithaca, NY

Senior Engineer - Continuous Improvement (2004 - Dec. 2006)

Change agent for lean manufacturing conversion. Participated in site wide Lean manufacturing and Six

Sigma policy development and deployment. Led many continuous improvement/kaizen teams, training

sessions, and town hall style lunch and learns. Facilitated cross-functional teams in manufacturing and

administrative improvement projects. Established plant wide OEE tracking and SQCD metrics.
