03/05 to Present Human Resources Assistant. Primarily responsible for recruiting activities
consisting of personnel requisitions, working with hiring managers to develop job
descriptions, posting/advertising job listings, coordinating with third party recruiters,
researching new ways to reach passive candidates, reviewing resumes, preparing
interview packets, performing reference and background checks, preparing offer
letters, tracking applicant flow and record keeping for compliance with OFCCP
guidelines, attend career fairs. Secondary responsibility as Human Resources
Assistant consisted of supporting remaining HR functions in the absence of the HR
Director or as otherwise directed. Duties consisted of HRIS data entry, compiling
