In 2007, we redesigned and implemented a new enrollment to fulfillment framework focusing on
transaction level processing. Using SOA methodologies, we created transaction services for
member enrollment. These services were called by our batch processes and our internal and
external web sites for member enrollment. We process over 1 million member records per
month.
