I have more than 19 years of work experience and total about more than 10 years in SAP R/3 experience of

which more than 7 years exclusively in SAP workflow. I have extensive experience in Workflow development and

configuration in HR ( Travel, T&E ESS/MSS), FICO (AP & AR)/ FSCD, SD, MM, QM, ECM, SRM( Shopping

Cart, PO, Inv, P Card applications etc. ), CRM, xRPM and IS modules. Strong experience in design and development

of Business Workflows/ Web flows, and customization of SAP pre-defined Workflows in various modules. Excellent

understanding of Business Scenarios in different modules. Experience in e-mail integration, EDI, ALE configuration,

IDOC, BDC, LSMW, RFC’s and BAPI’s and BADIs.

Experience at different levels as workflow team lead, developer, configurator, team member etc. responsible to

interact with users, business analysts to collect information and configure and develop business workflows, guide the

users and train the technical staff at clients’ site.

Excellent experience with end to end processes in ESS/ MSS config, Workflow config/development areas,

experience with MSS PCR Workflows, HR Forms and process and integration of the same with workflows .

Excellent experience with ASAP methodology. Experience with imaging technologies like IXOS and knowledge of

OPENTEXT.

Created business objects, methods, events and attributes. Created multi step Workflows, sub-workflows, tasks,

assignment of agents and dynamic role resolutions, decision nodes and dialog using workflow builder. Started sub-

Developed custom workflows using SAP objects including framing technical specs and coding ABAP in support of

Worked on Synchronous/ Asynchronous Tasks and methods with notification and terminating procedures.

Created workflow containers, defined binding between elements of different containers. Created virtual attributes and

implemented them in the program for runtime evaluation of the same. Creation of new Methods (Synchronous and

management and KT.
