PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Unit Production Management: I developed and implemented processes and procedures for

directing and managing personnel & resources required for project completion. I was responsible

for managing, scheduling and coordinating all the various units of film production including:

Production Design, Wardrobe, Set Design, CG Modeling, Motion Capture, Pre-Visualization,

Rigging, Animation, Visual Effects, Editing, & Filming. I was the liaison between the producer

and other divisions within the company. I created schedules for all phases of production for each

department and managed task assignments for each unit. I was the primary contact on the

production team regarding the allocation of project resources. I oversaw the set up of all

workstations and was responsible for anticipating any needs for staff changes. I participated in

production performance appraisals. I identified and documented action items for all production

teams. I was responsible for daily post meetings and task evaluations. I managed client and

producer expectations by solving problems and ensured projects were executed and completed on

schedule and within budget. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,

& Final Cut Pro.

Marketing: I planned and executed successful marketing and sales campaigns. I was able to

create a company sales magazine by having all the major subcontractors and suppliers in the Park

City area buy ad space which paid for the production and distribution of the magazine for the Park

City home show which increased our annual sales by 75%.

Sales: I am a natural salesman with exceptional interpersonal skills. I am highly motivated,

creative and versatile in acquiring clients. I am also sensitive to the needs of existing clients

ensuring high retention rates, valuable referrals and repeat business.

Project Management: I specialized in managing multi-million dollar projects from concept to

completion. I negotiated and finalized contractual agreements with clients, suppliers and

subcontractors. I oversaw budget creation, project financing, job-cost analysis and draw

disbursements. I ensured that work was preformed within the scope of the contract and budget. I

successfully constructed luxury homes in the Park City area with equity values exceeding the cost

of the projects by 50%.

Communication: I have excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills. I have

extensive experience speaking to government and business organizations. I was able to convince

the Park City Homebuilders Association to let our company have multiple homes in the Park City

Showcase of Homes when the association only allowed other companies to have one. Because of

that concession I was able to increase the company’s exposure by 50%.
