Directly coordinated and monitored a comprehensive rehabilitation program for my traumatic brain
injured clientele, which included residential and outpatient services.
Directed multidisciplinary treatment teams comprised of Occupational Therapists, Physical
Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Recreational Therapists, Kinesiologists,
Psychologists, Nurses, Program Directors, and Residential Managers to ensure my clients
received effective and efficient treatment services.
Worked with multiple interdisciplinary teams to create Plans of Care, with measurable goals and
objectives, for each of my clients. Continuously met with treatment team members to update my
clients’ therapy goals and objectives, to discuss progress, and to outline future treatment

Liaison for several tobacco coalitions in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb County. Assisted in

Leader of the Cancer Control Advocacy Team. Responsible for the grass-roots initiative of

capital and/or contacting state legislators to assist in passing/declining health related bills.
