Transportation Executive, Operations and Sales Leader: I have been fortunate to enjoy a long standing

sales, management and operations career that included key positions with companies such as Transfreight,

Custom Dedicated Services, Sidney Truck and Storage, USA Truck and MMS Trucking.

Career Track: Professional growth through such positions as Account Executive, Terminal Manager, Driver

Recruiting, VP of Sales and Vice President in the competitive service field of the transportation industry.

Experience: Over the past 26 years I have been utilizing sales and operations expertise gained in positions

with 3PL, Supply Chain Management, LTL and Truckload companies. I have a track record of increasing

sales, maintaining accounts, streamlining operations and hiring the personnel to get the job done right.

Proven Record: I am skilled in all areas of sales, management and operations. I have a proven record of

promotability in the transportation industry. I started my career working the dock while attending college and

have worked my way up to the position of Vice President.

SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS AND SKILLS

Maintained and grew business in a family owned Teamster environment. I helped to

increase sales, lower operations costs and maintain the customer base while competing with

major trucking companies.

Start-up experience in the brokering industry. I started and ran a brokerage operation for

MMS Trucking that was called Three Star Logistics. I was a one man operation and handled

all aspects daily.

Account Management start-up experience. I was the only US employee for Custom

Dedicated Services when they chose to expand their Canadian operations into the United

States. I handled the hiring of Owner Operators, the writing and signing of Lease Agreements,

adherence to DOT and HOS requirements, driver training, vehicle inspection and repair

facilities. I also worked closely with the Contract Managers for each account to both grow and

maintain the business with CDSI.

CAREER OVERVIEW

Transfreight, LLC / Custom Dedicated Services, Inc. – Driver Resources Coordinator and

Account Management from 2006 to 2009. Various progressive positions from 2004 to 2006.

Three Star Logistics / MMS Trucking – Brokerage Manager and Commissioned Sales from

July 2004 to October 2004 and also from November 2002 to February 2004.

USA Truck, Inc. – Manager of Midwest Regional Services February 2004 to July 2004

Sidney Truck and Storage, Inc. – Vice President / Sales June 1983 to November 2002
