Specific accomplishments include; the elimination of waste in the complete
disassembly and reassembly of the C-130 (transport aircraft) T-56 engine and
propeller; complete airframe and power production preventive maintenance (Home
Station Check and Isochronal Inspection processes), as well as numerous
transactional events including administrative, financial; and supply chain processes
involving customers and suppliers at the highest level.
Facilitated the Headquarter United States Air Force project to decrease the number of
Level 1 – 3 engine repair facilities to 5 facilities. This effort included creating a
“model” repair line in the existing facility; with the potential of being deployed to the
other locations. Project scope included coordination and improvement of global
supply chain; transition from legacy and home grown information technologies to
central information management system, and centralizing monitoring and controls
under a single agency Repair Network Transformation.
Provided instruction and/or certification for over 20 new team facilitators/problem
solvers equivalent to green and black belt certification.
Facilitated the senior executive team’s creation and execution of the 3-5 year strategic
alignment and deployment plan.
