Ms. Bealman is a micro-finance, accounting management professional with over 20 years’ of increasingly
responsible, result-oriented management experience at general ledger, financial reporting, project, multi-
project, and home-office levels. She has for-profit and non-profit experience, investment accounting,
government, small enterprise, health, construction, credit systems and humanitarian assistance. She is

As Contract CFO at RIDG Inc, Ms. Bealman conducted a complete financial and forensic analysis to
determine the viability of continued operations. A detailed cash flow system was designed and
implemented, as well as a systematic approach to determine the financial viability of potential and
pending projects. New accounting software systems were evaluated, and a construction industry specific
system was selected and implemented. Ms. Bealman managed the staff accountants to support
Construction in Process and Work in Process balances, proforma completion, proforma analysis, job
estimating, job costing, cash flow tracking and management, and overall risk analysis. Employment
policies and contracts were reviewed and updated to reflect current laws and statutes. Construction
contracts were reviewed and updated to include clauses requiring deposits and non-performance escape
clauses.
As Accounting Manager for ValueOptions in Norfolk, VA., Ms. Bealman was involved in maintaining
all facets of the accounting cycle – financial statements, general ledger, bank reconciliations, journal
entries, and keeping an overall accurate audit trail. She managed the financial reporting and associated
elimination entries for the multiple-entity roll up consolidated financial statements, assisted the Treasury
Department in reporting and recording of banking transactions and sweeps. Ms. Bealman was the Project
Manager for implementation and reconciliations for the new ADP Payroll System, uncovering
discrepancies and improving efficiency and audit trails. Ms. Bealman was also responsible for the
accuracy and timeliness of all journal entries, ensuring accurate recording to appropriate general ledger
accounts of all entries, and managing the General Ledger potion of the year-end audit reconciliation and
response. ValueOptions was a multi-billion dollar managed behavioral health organization with contracts
in 44 states.
Ms. Bealman also served as Accounting Manager for ADS Tactical, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia,
a government contractor providing tactical supplies and equipment to the United States Military
worldwide. This position required extensive knowledge of Government Accounting Policies and
Standards, the CFO Act and knowledge of CAS. There, in addition to the normal managing of all facets
of the accounting cycle, Ms. Bealman was also responsible for the utilization of government billing
systems to invoice and communicate with the branches of the military regarding their specific needs. Ms.
Bealman worked directly with the sales teams to reduce write offs and in recording all transactions
accurately capturing all revenue, identified and resolved abnormal accounts payable balances, developed
and implemented an accounts receivable training manual to reduce aged accounts by 75%, implemented
new efficient accounting procedures such as standardizing processing and coding for receivables,
payables, and reporting, and reconciled undistributed suspense balances.
Ms. Bealman served as the Regional Accounting Manager for investment bankers Avantor Capital.
With a territory from New Jersey to Georgia, she maintained all facets of the accounting cycle for

multiple sites – purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, general ledger,
bank reconciliations, journal entries, and keeping an overall accurate audit trail. Ms. Bealman also
managed the Staff Accountants in the accounting of all mortgage and investment activity ensuring all
financial reporting deadlines were met accurately and efficiently. At Avantor Capital, she analyzed
potential clients for investment risk utilizing Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Owners Equity
Statements, Statements of Cash Flow, Cost Analysis, and Profit and Loss Statements, while maintaining
all financial reporting compliance requirements, working directly with the sales teams in recording all
transactions accurately capturing all revenue, producing monthly / quarterly journal entries and accruals,
and reconciling undistributed suspense balances. As project manager, she implemented new efficient
accounting procedures such as investment and credit analysis, standardizing processing and financial
reporting of mortgage transactions, while working with the CEO to maintain all financial reporting
compliance requirements.
As Director of Accounting and Finance at Beacon International, Ms. Bealman identified and designed
cooperative projects in the United States generating a portfolio of $84 million dollars in one year. She
maintained all facets of the accounting cycle – financial statements, general ledger, bank reconciliations,
journal entries, budgeting, forecasting, sales and use tax, payroll tax, monthly/quarterly and year-end
closings, and keeping an overall accurate audit trail. Ms. Bealman recruited, hired, and trained the Staff
Accountants ensuring all financial reporting deadlines were met accurately and efficiently, ensuring
accurate and timely monthly closes, managing the entire process for the organization, completing tax
provisions and flux analysis schedules. As Director, Ms. Bealman worked directly with the CEO to
improve procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy, and to ensure a clean
and timely year-end audit. As the back office accounting department for selected clients, Ms. Bealman
managed the assigned accountants to support Construction in Process and Work in Process balances,
forensic analysis, proforma completion, proforma analysis, job estimating, job costing, cash flow tracking
and management, and overall risk analysis.
