10/2003 – 5/2005 Regional Controller Transit Mix Concrete Denver/Colo Springs/Pueblo

Responsible for month-end close and financial reporting for two separate companies with a total of over 60

business units. Provided information for SEC reporting. Successfully integrated the accounting

responsibilities of five companies to the main headquarters site while decreasing staffing requirements by

over $250k. Simplified the month-end close process to reduce close time by more than one week while losing
