Program Manager
Managed multiple wireless software and infrastructure initiatives with capital budgets up to $25M. Full
accountability for program scope, financials and deliverables.
Directed $11M Payment Card Industry (PCI) DSS compliancy program for Alltel, comprised of 10
separate initiatives and 6 project teams.
Led $23.6M infrastructure upgrade program which partnered with Lucent Technologies to migrate from
several legacy home location registers to consolidated Lucent platforms. Largest subscriber migration in
Alltel history.
Principal project manager of Authentication initiative to move outsourced authentication services in-
house, realizing annual expense savings of $5.5M.

SERVICES
Senior Project Manager, Siam Commercial Bank
Selected as the overall Project Manager for the implementation of Fidelity’s full suite of core banking
solutions (Deposits, Loans, and Customer Information Systems) for one of the leading banks in Thailand.
Directed 5 project teams consisting of 35 Fidelity consultants and 51 client staff in a $9M integration
initiative.
Led Assessment effort and helped draft successful Fidelity implementation proposal, winning
contract for core system replacement while competing against 2 of the largest software firms in Asia.
Drove client acceptance of Fidelity testing and implementation methodologies, resulted d in faster time to
market of software solution (16 months).
Project Manager, Thai Military Bank
Led the 1st major implementation of Fidelity’s core banking solutions in Thailand. Directed 4 project teams
consisting of 23 Fidelity consultants and 45 client staff during the length of the 14 month initiative.
Engaged offshore software resources in India for select development, achieving 65% cost savings
through development phase.
Project considered major success story for company within Asia-Pacific market. Client Senior EVP:
