Implementation of LEAN value stream based approach which improved

operating income by 15% year over year ($31.7 million) through the

generation of more revenue, due to improved system velocity, while

minimizing variable cost through the elimination of non-value added

activities.

Utilized consolidation/simplification approach to turn $100 million dollar

business unit into companies top profit center.
