As a quality leader and business turnaround consultant, I refresh stagnant operations and implement LSS

process improvements. Establish production and quality measures, quantified cost/price/GM, create template

Operations Manager

I managed operations at three facilities, for contracted imaging services. I had full operational responsibility for

production activities: staff hiring, training and management of 350+ FTE’s. I was responsible for materials

management, equipment, assets, inventories and gross margin targets.

Commitment to quality and workflow process, I was responsible for all production projects to meet customer

requirements and business objectives. I worked closely together with production staff in an empowered

workgroup atmosphere that fostered a shared sense of accountability, commitment, and urgency that

consistently yielded on-time delivery and superior production results. I was responsible for strategic in-house

accounts representing 62% of overall site revenues. Implemented quality and customer related programs such

Network Systems Manager

As Network Manager, I led a team of technical support engineers to manage Xerox’ Internal Ethernet network,

gateways, clearing house, file server storage, security and off site storage for the Electronics Division. I was

responsible for all technical support services. Grew support team from three Network Engineers, to seventeen

engineers deployed internally. In addition, I managed a staff of software support personnel and developed an

internal call center providing user support. As a PA objective, I developed a formal Network User process,

of network management functions in support of MIS services related to the operation, performance or
