century of excellence in 2004.
Performed all business start up duties, and purchased Interquest franchise in 2006. Provided initial
marketing development and penetration of un-serviced territories in the Southeastern US. Currently handling
all financial management, marketing, hiring, training and client relations duties for Interquest of Alabama.
Selected Achievements:
Due to strong marketing and introduction efforts, Interquest is now servicing over 20 school systems
throughout Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Through contract negotiations, I was able to set a franchise record for daily pricing of our services.
Also met goal of 35% profit margin of yearly revenues, due to strong financial management of
resources, expenses, and company assets.

employs over 96,000 people and operates in over 100 countries worldwide.
Based in the US, I coordinated US and UK support during the implementation of the Planview Project
Management software tool. I handled US and UK support for related training issues, problem fixes,
configuration requests, and product enhancement requests for the Planview software tool.
Selected Achievements:
I held tool Admin. License and maintained configured screens, budget load process, OBS and WBS,
Portfolio Management set up, user set up and workflow functionality.
During my involvement with the project, I closed over 250 Planview support related requests as
tracked through BP’s Keystone Support System.
Handled US transition of all current outstanding bug fixes and product enhancement requests to the
Wipro Group in Bangalore, India, for long term support

Coca-Cola Enterprises is the world's largest marketer, producer and distributor of Coca-Cola products. CCE
operates in 46 U.S. States, Canada, and several European countries as well.
W hile working in CCE’s IT PMO, I was involved 2 software implementations projects, facilitated a budget
planning process, and led the effort to select a middleware solution and vendor. My responsibilities included
tool selection, requirements/process mapping, software configuration, training, rollout and support.
Selected Achievements:
Configured, implemented and launched the Planview Project Management tool to the CCE project
Management community. This included 150 project managers and 600 timesheet only users.
Implemented CCE’s first Sarbanes Oxley solution which was used for all SOX related audit
checklists, internal controls pass/fail determinations/remediation, and internal control audit
information
In 2003, I worked with both CCE IS and Business communities to identify, prioritize, and review IS
investment opportunities for the $45 million IS budget.

Responsible for implementing Adage ERP software, Fygir Supply Chain software, and SCT outsourcing
contracts. Responsible for all implementation planning, MS Project plans, technical and functional staffing
requirements, budget issues, organizational readiness assessments, and status reports for a $3 million
project.
Selected Achievements:
Met all budget goals and time requirements for the Daikin implementation project.
Managed 5 technical and functional resources and all client technical solution requests.
Secured additional revenue through sales of IT outsourcing services.

English China Clays (now Imerys) is a global leader in the supply of high quality white pigments for the
world’s paper industry.
Managed daily operations of all customer service, warehousing, outbound logistics, and accounts receivable
for the Performance Minerals unit. Managed 14 direct reports. Responsible for annual budget of $13 million.
Selected Achievements:
Through process Improvement initiatives, achieved unprecedented internal operations goals of 96% on
time shipment and 98% invoice accuracy.
Participated in other process improvement initiatives, which realized cost savings of $400k in 1997 and
$250k in 1998.
Chosen to participate on the Management team to select ECC’s global ERP software package.
