Project Engineer (Shell): Responsible for executing design projects dealing with various facets of bus industry products.

These projects were initiated and completed from conception to implementation including initial design, VA/VE, Design For

Manufacture, validation, drawing with BOM & detailing (weld symbols and specs.) using Pro/E and Pro/Sheetmetal.

Lead designer on NJT Bus program for Stainless Steel Shell (Monocoque frame), Underbody, Sidewall and Roof

Bracketry, Interior Paneling, Door Installation, Compartment Doors and Boxes, Fiberglass Roof & Mask and Flooring.

Designed and developed bracketry for the underbody that supports other components of the bus including engine

cradle, front and rear axles, seats, heaters, hydraulics reservoirs and pipes.

Participated in design review meetings and high risk management activities including FMEA, PPAP and APQP. Perform

packaging study, tolerance analysis and use GD&T as needed to ensure proper fit for the entire bus.
