written reports to corporate executives recommending process and security improvements. Developed a training

program for Accenture personnel in the conduct of such reviews.

Managed the 30+ technical staff of Accenture’s Enterprise Center of Excellence in Cincinnati, supporting ERP

systems for two dozen clients running SAP R/3 and PeopleSoft utilizing HP, IBM, Compaq, and EMC

technology.

Designed and oversaw construction of Accenture’s 1500 ft2 raised-floor data center in Cincinnati.

Created, conducted and managed the SAP R/3 Basis training practicum for worldwide Accenture personnel.

Autodesk, San Rafael, CA February 1991 - June 1995

SAP R/3 Manager

Successfully led the technical aspects of the SAP R/3 implementation project in 1993, one of the original

implementations of R/3 in the US. Managed the entire project team for the first SAP R/3 version upgrade,

successfully upgrading the system from version 2.1 to 2.2.

Proposed and developed a new database administration organization, to operate independently from the

application programming staff.

State National Insurance, Arlington, TX June 1986 - December 1990

Helped develop a new customer-site insurance tracking application still in use after almost 20 years (STAR

TRAK).

Designed and developed custom applications for use by the Accounting, Claims, and Cancellations departments.
