PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

American LaFrance, LLC, Summerville, SC – CFO June 2008 – February 2009

A 176 year old manufacturer and designer of fire trucks and vocational trucks. American LaFrance has 3

manufacturing operations in the US and achieved revenues of $80M in 2008. American LaFrance is owned

by the leading private equity group, Patriarch Partners, L.P.

Established capable, timely and consistent accounting processes and controls, including more efficient use of

the ERP system (Oracle).

Established a cash forecasting and management process. Reduced working capital by $17.0M in 6 months,

through a determined focus on the execution of detailed action plans to better manage Accounts Receivable

and Inventory.

Put in place a new credit facility and revolver to meet the short term cash requirements for the business.

Worked on the formation of an important Joint Venture with a major global truck manufacturer for the

manufacture and sale of vocational vehicles. The JV will yield greater economies of scale (particularly in

purchasing) and access to a much larger distribution and service network.

Led the 2009 Planning process and established a more capable bottoms-up Budget.

Moll Industries, Inc, Dallas, TX – CFO February 2006 – April 2008

A leading full service manufacturer and designer of custom molded and assembled plastic components for a

broad variety of customers in the medical, automotive, appliance and consumer markets in North America.

Moll has 5 manufacturing operations in the US, Mexico and Ireland and achieved revenues of $150M in

2006. Moll is owned by the leading private equity group, Highland Capital Management, L.P.

Led key restructuring activities, including rescaling the company- shedding the largest but unprofitable

customer and closing/ selling 3 plants.

Upgraded the Finance and Accounting staff, both at plants and corporate -changed out 70% of accounting

personnel over 18 months.

Led cash flow improvement of $13M through the implementation of strong cash management practices and

controls, particularly on working capital.

Led overhead cost reduction activities resulting in savings of $2M/year.

LSG SKY CHEFS, Irving, TX – Senior Vice President – Americas Region 2003-2006

The world’s largest provider of integrated in-flight solutions, including catering, procurement, equipment,

retail, and in-flight management, and the production of around 362 million airline meals a year. In 2004,

LSG Sky Chefs Group achieved consolidated revenues of $2.7 billion.

Led major cost reduction activities resulting in approximately $38M in savings through closing and

consolidating operations in 11 locations, reducing management headcount by 20%, freezing non-union pension

and retiree medical costs.

Strengthen accounting internal controls through initiating a formal assessment and gap closure process

modeled on Sarbanes-Oxley that reduced processing time requirement and audit fees from $1.2M to $600K.

Transitioned accounting transactions (AP, Billing, Payroll) from 60+ separate operations into 3 shared services

resulting in savings of over $1M/year.

CUMMINS INDIA LTD. (a subsidiary of CUMMINS GROUP), Pune, India 2000-2003

Indian subsidiary that accounted for more than $500M in sales. Cummins (NYSE: CMI) $7B is the world's

leader in the manufacture of large diesel engines.

CFO and Head of Business Development

Responsible for Finance functional excellence, Investor Relations, Business Analysis and Audit, Corporate

Strategy and Business Development, Purchasing, supply Chain Management and Six Sigma Leadership.

Launched four new companies (Cummins Infosystems, Ltd., Cummins Autoservices, Ltd., Cummins

Power Solutions, Ltd., and Power Systems India, Ltd.) and led to profitability within the first twenty-four

months exceeding business plan by approximately 1 year.

Led development of a new manufacturing strategy for Indian subsidiary analyzing make vs. buy cost

achieving more than $7M/yr. direct material cost reductions and $10M in capital expenditure reductions.

Achieved net free cash flow of $10.5M in 2001.

Executive sponsor for the implementation of Oracle ERP for two entities – manufacturing and

distribution.
