manufacturer with current annual revenues of approximately $65 million. Full responsibility for the direction of all

financial affairs includes the preparation of financial statements and corporate reporting, the implementation of budgets,

the evaluation of internal audit controls, accounts payables, payroll, cash flow projections, cost accounting, and

merchandise pricing. Partnered with president to provide the financial insight needed to create the vision, strategy, and
