As a PMO Manager, I govern over 90 Oracle/Retek Development and Sustaining Engineering Projects, Programs and

Releases with hundreds of resources and budgets of up to 50 Million.

Develop, validate and introduce department process, policy and procedure initiatives as well as

as 50 resources and a budget of 30 Million (total project size was 160 Million per year and close to 1500 resources overall).

Managed schedule and product life cycle using Integrated and RUP Methodologies

Managed Microsoft Project Server project plan; identified and scheduled project deliverables, milestones

tasks; collected and report on progress to plan against individual project tasks as well as against the overall

project.
