RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

First Chief of Police at Louisiana State University to rise through the ranks holding every position

within the department. I accomplished this through hard work, commitment, solid ethics, and

proven management skills.

Served as LSU’s Incident Commander during response and recover efforts for Hurricane Katrina.

I helped organize LSU’s Emergency Operation Plan and Continuity of Operations Plan to receive

thousands of evacuee’s from New Orleans in need of shelter and medical triage. Later named

LSU’s first Director of Emergency Operations by then Chancellor Sean O’Keefe.

A strong team builder and leader that enjoys the challenge of integrations, organizational

restructuring and turnaround, Human Resources, policy and procedure, and taking new tasks

from concept through to completion.
