Responsible for the financial performance of all assigned accounts. This includes

establishing the annual budget for expenses required for successful management of all

Held overall P&L responsibility for site operations, including direct and indirect supervision to all

subordinate managers and employees, at an Electronics Manufacturing facility, with an

employee base of 500+ employees.

Managed all functions including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain with a strong

focus on quality, customer satisfaction and inventory and materials management.

Managed dotted line relationships with Finance, Human Resources and Information

Technology.

Led long term planning, objective setting, policy formation, interpretation and management

Managed the closure of the site and transfer of our product base to other Celestica sites due

to a corporate initiative to move capacity to low cost geographies and reduce their footprint in

Assumed the additional responsibilities of Facilities and implementation of a LEAN or World

Class Manufacturing program and Site Information Technologies integration into Celestica

systems after the acquisition from Motorola.

Led an entire replacement of equipment and product base as lower tiered products (less

complex) were moved to low cost geographies and higher tiered products (more complex)

were moved into the facility from OEM sites in the US..
