business processes of three locations into a shared service environment to improve
innovation and collaboration in the area of engineering. Managed, designed,
configured, and supported the implementation of G/L, A/P, A/R, fixed assets,
purchasing (including work flow), sales order processing, inventory, bill of materials,
and work orders using both Citrix and HTML interfaces. Led the effort to standard
programs, reports, and screens where necessary. Managed the effort of programming
interfaces to expense reporting system, treasury system, and bank. Project team
included twenty-five persons.
• Finance lead/ project manager for an Oracle J.D. Edwards World implementation at a
$19.1B Tier 1 automotive product leader of advanced automotive technology, systems,
and components. Responsibilities included managing the configuration of newly
acquired entity in Oracle J.D. Edwards World for all financial modules and relevant
interfaces into other business systems.
• Finance team leader for design and implementation of Oracle J.D. Edwards XE at one
of the largest consumer products enterprises in the world with revenues in excess of
$18B. Managed, designed, configured, and supported the implementation of GL, AP,
AR, and fixed assets.
• Managed the conversion of legacy data into Oracle J.D. Edwards OneWorld at a
leading innovator of discovery process management productivity tools for a Life
Science researcher. Utilized the z-file upload functionality to upload vendors,
customers, employees, inventory, bill of materials, and fixed assets.

client team of eight individuals. Responsibilities included system configuration &
testing, chart of account design, data migration, and training & support for the

• Finance/ Distribution team leader for the assessment and re-design of North American
systems and business processes for a $250M fastening manufacturer with automotive
and industrial operations. Also facilitated a systems selection and developed a business
plan to demonstrate the return-on-investment.
• Performed strategic assessment for a cosmetic company that focused intensively on
sub-contracting. The assessment highlighted the use and effectiveness of the
organizational structure, business processes, and technologies.
• Implemented TM1 OLAP reporting tool for Tier 1 automotive supplier that expedited
the financial close, consolidation & report management process.
• Performed help desk assessment for IT Department to improve customer support and
satisfaction.

• Finance team leader for the design, development, implementation, and support of
JBA’s System 21 to a $700M Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in extruded
rubber, stamped assemblies, and castings. Responsibilities included system
configuration & testing, chart of account design, data migration, and training &
support. The overall project team was awarded “Project Team of the Quarter” by the
PwC national office.
• Finance team member involved in the development of a ‘Center of Excellence’
