Worked closely with the OMRON supplier of the PLC substrate sensors for the Applied Materials 60KO
Solar tool to redefine the timing for the detection program to eliminate the faulty readings and allow the
system to be used successfully for the Applied Materials Solar CVD equipment
Was asked to evaluate the need for an additional SunFab line tool under a volunteer basis, of a previously
unknown tool set, for the Spain solar account in the absence of any dedicated personal for that evaluation
and was able to solve open disagreements with cool and calm fortitude by studying the factory layout
blueprints and finding solutions for the installation of the equipment around existing structures, turning a
difficult situation for the project into one of success and promise for both the company and customer
Known as one of the most trusted Customer Engineers who could be sent to any customer, was able to
arrive on site at the customers and quell any fears caused by the faulty equipment by creating an atmosphere
of mutual trust and respect and quickly and efficiently assessing the situation while beginning whatever
preparatory work is necessary even if the tool is one which is not a familiar tool set; repeatedly asked for by
name to return by all Santa Clara customer sites due to the level of commitment and record of successful
solutions for issues
Working with SEAL Team 6 in a volunteer capacity outside of normal operational duties with a Civilian
technical representative contractor integrating the ICE 2.0 Fast Tactical Imaging software so that field
laptops could successfully send reconnaissance data and image transmissions using the F-14 for the first
time ever as an additional mobile data relay station to completely fill the gap in the reconnaissance area of
coverage from the front lines of the Iraq War back to Washington
