This position has many roles. I am responsible for doing time and payroll for 62

employees. Ensuring all employee records are correct; W-4’s, I-9’s. Hensel Phelps is the

general contractor for new housing on base, I am responsible for collecting and

submitting, certified payroll, ensuring employers are following the Davis-Bacon wage

rate for 60 Subcontractors, who have approximately 15 employees each.

I have 8 office engineers who I assist in typing letters, punch list, change orders, pay

applications, routing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence. I track, code and

submit all incoming invoices to our corporate offices. Place all orders, from office

supplies to forklifts for the job site, keeping track of purchase order numbers and

matching to invoices as they come in.
