led task team to develop company-wide lessons management system; co-authored EPC Manual of Practice
Quality Assurance Manager: reporting to COO, developed company-wide Project Quality Management System;
made web-based program available to all team members via company intranet; monitored and reported on usage;
maintained regular schedule of document review and project process audits; gathered and utilized project feedback
from external clients; developed web-based Quality Manual for communicating Quality program to external
