Created and executed a sales plan and spearheaded the introduction and marketing of Programmable Logic
Controllers (PLC's) to the SCADA marketplace. Accountable for promoting business growth through this
highly visible pilot project.
• Recruited and hired two Application Engineers and a Programmer to join an ESI Programmer and
Technician, and then led this team in refining the technical integration of these components into the
SCADA system.
• Orchestrated the successful roll-out of the integrated SCADA system that was enthusiastically received
throughout this targeted market.
• Managed all sales/marketing aspects of many projects, including direct sales of two major automation
systems a bi-directional, multi-product pipeline and an open ditch irrigation project.
