• Responsible for adhoc reporting. Worked with users and technical team and developed a report naming
convention and scheduling mechanism to provided a structured environment. Developed reusable SQL scripts to
streamline adhoc reporting.
• Application Support Team Lead. Responsible for triage, scheduling, project coordination and statistical monitoring
of compliance related tasks. Assessed business needs from users point of view and correlated them to available
resources achieving a smoothly run process.
• Developed and maintained Microstrategy reports, monitoring and detecting various trading violations (e.g. Front

• Responsible for multiple application migration projects from AS/400 systems to centrally based Oracle platform;
data conversion, verification and synchronization. Applications included Case Management, Oracle Financials,
Name and Address Mailing System, Membership, Publications, and Panels.
• Responsible for the Association’s analytics. Developed and implemented the Caseload and Financial Analysis
Reporting System, which is comprised of Oracle based VBA pivot tables and charts. The distributed reports
provide breakdown analysis of volume and financial activity by caseload, region, customer, and case type across
selectable time frames. Reports were designed to allow users to interact with the distributed reports and derive
their own customized final products.
