Responsible for the day to day operations of a 27 seven year old software development company, that has 20
employees with over 5 million dollars in annual sales. Direct the functions of the Support, Customer Service,
Installation & Training and Accounting departments.
Developed automated system for Installation & Training department to track new customers from the time of the
sale until installation of all software applications purchased, were installed. Initiated the use of on-line tools for the
initial training of new customers, additional training for existing customers as well as web based seminars, which
resulted in increased revenues and cost reductions.
Oversee the sales and marketing department directing sales personnel in their day, to day sales efforts. Developed
and maintained custom sales database for tracking all sales and marketing related activities using the ACT® contact
management database. Created weekly salesperson activity reporting system, with follow up tracking. Developed
and implemented annual marketing plans utilizing print media, direct mail, fax and e-mail campaigns. Initiated the
use of on-line tools for the sales force to do live demonstrations, which resulted in a 35% increase in closing sales.
