Software Engineer
The engineering and design of client/server applications used to communicate between users (both
outside and inside) and a database. Worked with a variety of teams (such as Web Design, Database,
Windows Programming, Marketing, etc.) to accomplish the projects.
Key Contributions:
The design and development of a software program and database (Sybase) to replace an
existing software program that stored customer information in flat files.
The modification of the aforementioned program to transfer the customer information, as
well as new customer information, into an Oracle database.
The design and development of a web server program to make the customer information
remotely accessible by the customer.
The creation of a software program to monitor the web server programs.
