Hello my name is Bill Hohn

I have extensive experience in the quality arena with automotive manufacturing, injection

molding and. Medical devices. The injection molding machines ranged from about 125

tons up to 3000 tons. Those quality responsibilities include incoming inspection, in

process inspection, finished product inspection, statistical yield analysis with subsequent

improvement where needed, dock and packaging audits, then last but certainly not least

customer contact.

I have a solid understanding of statistics and very familiar with processes like

• Pad Printing

• Insert and Over Molding,

• Sonic Welding

I fully understand the need for continuous improvement and I constantly strive to further

improve products and processes. Improvement is critical to stay in the forefront of quality

and customer satisfaction. Continuous improvement can be done on an individual basis or

via team concept. Either way it is critical to a company’s success.

My experience has allowed me to work closely with engineering and production

throughout my career. I have a solid understanding of process establishment and

improvement, statistics, TS16949, ISO9000 with PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, flow

charts and I have achieved my green belt of six sigma. I also have my lead auditors

Authored the complete company Quality Manual, internal audit procedure, conducted

internal auditor training and directed the rewrites of all company procedures, work

instructions and check sheets to be ISO9000 compliant.

Attended certification audit of Oye plant in Nagoya, Japan

Acquired ISO9000 lead auditor certificate through Perry Johnson Inc and the IRCA of

Took nine month training course in EEO sessions that included laws surrounding sexual

harassment, age and gender discrimination. Training included the investigation of

complaints. This was required course for all middle and upper management person due to

Ordering new mobile and fixed equipment used in the production of MMMA

products.

Receiving inspection, calibration, registering and inventory control of equipment used

in the production of MMMA products. This equipment included torque wrenches, dial

gauges, electronic measuring devices.

Modification of current equipment to meet unique needs within the shop

Vehicle testing lab where duties included

Confirmation testing of new models and their adherence to design and engineering

specifications.

Monitoring daily production status using a sampling procedure to determine quality

levels and finding any problem issues.

Working with distributors to evaluate customer complaints or new designs.

Investigation of problems for root causes and countermeasures as reported by
