• Implemented an Inbound, 2-level, Call Center with a Major Live Theater, for the sale of
vacation packages. Exceeded company goals by producing 6500 packages with revenue to
offset Tour cost.
• Effectively managed multiple priorities. Established the administrative support department for
the Inbound Program. This included; negotiating the contracts with vendors, establishing an
A/P and A/R, welcome center and the reservation department.
• Completed the entire vacation plans for over 8,000 families visiting the Branson area per
year.

• I was hired for this short term position to increase personnel and productivity.
• Implemented new team goals, objectives, and priorities in alignment with departmental goals.
Established new compensation and bonus plans for associates to drive sales up.

• Managed 100 representatives and floor managers to be the #1 Call Center in Branson for
vacation packages reaching the company goal of 1000+ packages in a week.

• I attended Real Estate school and attained my Real Estate License in 1997. In 1999, I
attended the Real Estate Brokers School and received my Brokers License.
• I assisted both buyers and sellers with the sale and purchase of both residential and
commercial property. The market in this area at the time was not going very well. I made a
financial decision to work real estate part time while working full time in the timeshare
industry. I enjoyed and was successful in the Timeshare industry and dropped my license in
2005.
