Developed Construction Schedule for Mechanical Contractor.
Schedule was developed down to the Work-Package Stage for Commissioning of each Turn-Over System.
Schedule was Resource Loaded.
Schedule was updated on a weekly basis and many reports, trends, graphs, Performance Measurements.
Performance measurements was based on Tons of steel planned vs. actual earned, Planned spools of Pipe
erected vs. Actual Erected Scaffolding, Painting, Grouting, these were also tracked too. Further into job I
had to Re forecast or anticipated finish dates.
I developed a Time Impact Study to show why the Project slipped out 42 days, due to another contractor not
releasing an area and there scaffolding in the way.
I developed a weld planned broken down into days, this included what size what type and class of weld. This
was (weld plan) further developed with a detail plan on individual Foreman work plan according to most
critical system to be turned-over per week.

Commercial: Restaurant; I Developed a complete Baseline Schedule and updated it on a month
to month basis with all change orders to show the impact it had. My client was awarded 60 of the
80 days we were working for.
Industrial: Steel Mill; I Provided Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling and Project
Management Consulting Services. . I also developed 4 outage schedules and one crane study that
was imported into two of the outage schedules. The challenge was two 500ton overhead cranes
and seven 40 to 60 ton cranes all within the same area working all at the same time.
Manufacturing: Train Cars; I Provided Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling and Project
Management Consulting Services. I developed cost-loaded CPM schedules and reconciled the
budget with Schedule of Values. I prepared a Monthly Schedule Update Submittal Packages per
project specifications. I attended monthly meetings with GC, Owner Representatives, and PM. I
prepared monthly cost reports, costs-to-date and estimated costs-to-complete by sub-contractor
and supplier.

Manager, then he responded to our request by declaring that the work must be completed in
accordance with the original schedule and the threatened to invoke the liquidated damages
