Learning Management System Administrator; Developed over 20 “training” modules from scratch.
Wrote 15 equipment manuals for venders/customers. Manuals provide the customers with step-by-step
operating procedures. These procedures covered Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Setup/Teardown,
Major Maintenance.
Produced and Published over 50 maintenance procedures on current equipment; resulting in minimal
equipment downtown.
Developed comprehensive Maintenance Training Program including hands on, Classroom and Computer
Based Training.
Designed/developed training curriculum for annual training programs.
