transient vibration characteristics of dynamic systems.

involved collecting time series data to study dynamic behavior, performing FFT, envelope detection and

wavelet analysis to isolate frequencies of interest and troubleshoot vibration problems.

• Led and managed software development and modification projects to better perform analytical functions

as design process reengineering. Led the efforts in converting hierarchical engineering databases into RDBMS

and link them with various programs.

• Advanced levels of technology utilized by the product-engineering department by integrating the latest

software and analytical tools in the analysis process.

• Shared technical knowledge with design personnel through informal consultations.

• Developed computer codes for analysis of turbomachines using finite element and transfer matrix

method to calculate eigenvalue and eigenvector (natural frequency and mode shapes) in EXCEL VBA for

Windows to be integrated in XLTRCTM, licensed by Texas A&M University. These codes are used industry

wide for analysis of compressor drive trains.
