• Led a team that converted the manufacturing process from large batch process to lean manufacturing
using KanBan and continuous flow processes.
• Work-In-Process inventories were cut in 1/2, with manufacturing process time reduced by 1/3.
• Inventory turns increased from 3.5 to 9.0 turns per year, while virtually eliminating purchased part
shortages.
