Established a system to handle customer claims and sales errors.

Worked with sales to establish procedures which established structure in sales order and claim

dispositions.

Visited all of Majestic’s steel suppliers and established a supplier qualification and rating system.

This included quarterly meeting with all suppliers to review performance and trends.

and Nickel V electrolytic plating lines.

increase sales, solve technical problems, review quality problems, disposition claims, review

quality systems and discuss new plating line design.
