dispositions.
Visited all of Majestic’s steel suppliers and established a supplier qualification and rating system.
This included quarterly meeting with all suppliers to review performance and trends.

direction.
Responsible for a monthly operating budget of $4 million.
Headed the conceptual design and start-up of the $17 million and $25 million dollar Nickel IV
and Nickel V electrolytic plating lines.
Visited a majority of Thomas’s customers and suppliers in the eastern USA and Europe, to
increase sales, solve technical problems, review quality problems, disposition claims, review
quality systems and discuss new plating line design.
