Frameworks on a short term contract.
PARSONS CORPORATION, PASADENA, CA (4/2008-12/2008)
SENIOR CIVIL/STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
Salt Water Processing Facility, Savannah River Nuclear Site. Performed design work and 3D
modeling on the Yard Facilities and Main Processing Building utilizing Microstation and
Frameworks on a short term contract.
BECHTEL NATIONAL, INC, RICHLAND, WA (6/2003-4/2008)
SENIOR CIVIL/STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
Waste Treatment Plant, Hanford Nuclear Reservation. Performed design work and checking
primarily on the High Level Waste building for concrete forming, embeds, reinforcing and
structural steel utilizing Microstation Triforma and Bentley Navigator. Also performed design
work and worked in a field support role on the Low Activity Waste Building, Analytical
Laboratory, and the Balance of Facilities.
Bluegrass Army Depot, Kentucky. Joint Venture with Parsons in Pasadena. Performed design
work on blast containment structures for a unit to dispose of chemical warhead rockets.

Bapco -Refinery, Awali, Bah’rain (2003-) Field Civil/Structural support of field routed large bore
pipe through 3 unit pipe racks and 3 miles of offsite pipe rack and sleeper supports. Designed all
necessary pipe support modifications and new supports utilizing Autocad 2000.
Saudi Aramco-Refinery, Qatif, Saudi Arabia (2003-) GOSP Project. Designed misc. pipe supports,
misc. platforms and stiles utilizing PDS Frameworks, Microstation 2000 and Smart Plant Review.
FLUOR DANIEL, HOUSTON, TX (6/1995-2/2003)
SENIOR CIVIL/STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
Citgo COP-Refinery, Lake Charles, Louisiana(2002-2003) Crude Expansion Project. Major
upgrade of crude refining capabilites including 2 new units and revamp of existing units. Designed
2 large structures, pipe racks, misc. pipe supports and revamp of existing pipe racks including
field verification utilizing PDS Frameworks, Autocad 2000 and Smart Plant Review.
Marathon Alliance-Refinery, Catlettsburg, Kentucky; Garyville, Louisiana, Robinson, Illinois
(2001-2002) Revamp and new units for 3 sites for clean fuels upgrade. Designed one large
structure, new piperacks and miscellaneous pipe supports utilizing PDS Frameworks, Autocad
2000, Microstation and Smart Plant Review. Field verified modifications of existing pipe racks,
misc. pipe supports and rail-car loading racks.
Citgo Refinery Fire Rebuild, Chicago, Illinois(2000-2001) Developed drawings for crude unit
heavily damaged by fire on fast track utilizing PDS Frameworks, Autocad 2000 and Smart Plant
Review. Field verified condition of existing piperacks, pipe supports, foundations & major
structures for demolition, salvage and reconstruction. Assisted piping in temporary and permanent
re-routing of pipe. We took this unit from almost complete burn-down to fully operational,
exceeding original capacity in about five months.
Mobil Cepu Ltd-Pipeline Exxon-Mobil, Cepu Indonesia (2000-2001) FEL Package for Pipeline,
Well site & Central Process Unit Development utilizing Autocad 14.
Exxon Coker Project-Refinery, Baytown, Texas (1999-2000) Design, checking & field
verification for extensive offsites revamp work and piperack upgrades for new coker unit utilizing
Autocad 14. Extensive modification of existing piperacks & pipe supports. This included
converting existing piperacks to create pipe bridges over new railroad.
Solutia Acrylonitrile Project-Chemical Plant, Chocolate Bayou, Houston, Texas (1999-1999)
Design & checking for Reactor structures, Turbogen bldg., Waste Heat Boiler and duct supports,
and misc. structures & foundations utilizing PDS Frameworks, Microstation and Smart Plant

Caspian Pipeline Project, Russia & Khazakstan (1997-1999) Site preparation, finish grading and
paving, and foundation drawings for large tank farm and shore facility on rough terrain for a major
crude pipeline utilizing Autocad 12 and Microstation.
Raffiner Project, Exxon Refinery, Baton Rouge, LA (1997) Foundation and framing drawings for
stripper/scrubber, compressor, reactor, pumps, piperacks, modifications to existing structure for
vessel and air coolers utilizing Autocad 12. Field investigation of existing underground piping for
foundations and existing structures. Extensive field work for modifications to existing piperacks
and misc. pipe supports.
K-line Extrusion, Montell-Chemical Plant, Lake Charles, LA (1997) Checked foundations for
Extruder, Transformers and pumps.
Chlorine Tank Car Unloading, Phase II, Geon Chemical Plant, La Porte, TX (1996) Framing
drawings for modifications to existing piperack and walkways to add six new loading stations
utilizing Autocad 12. Field verification of pipe routing.
Butinges Oil Terminal, Nafta-Butinges, Butinges, Lithuania (1996-1997) Foundations for several
large tanks utilizing Autocad 12.
Environmental Upgrade, PPG Chemical Plant, La Porte, TX (1996-1997) Foundation and framing
for Thermal Oxidizer, Cold Vent, Dryer Building & Structure utilizing Autocad 12. Field
investigation for major modifications to existing structure and adjoining pipe rack for All-Gas
unit. Layout design for dryer structure.
Oleflex/MTBE Upgrade, Valero Chemical Plant, Corpus Christi, TX (1996) Framing drawings for
modifications to existing piperack to accommodate two large air coolers utilizing Autocad 12.
