operational advisor to management team. Follow up daily with any client issues and provide immediate
resolution. Provide leadership in the development and retention of a staff of 180 employees.
Drove profit up 53% in less than 3 years.

Develop production plan for increasing percentage and profit in the district.
Restructured District operations which resurrected this district, and increased gross
profit percentage by 20% in less than 6 months.

Assisted the DM with all facets of operation. Transferred to this office to assist with a newly acquired customer.
Was able to develop a team of auditors which soared to the top of the company in production. General
responsibilities included supervising inventories, hiring and training employees, and scheduling teams.
Located and recovered $8,000.00 in lost equipment the first week in the office.
Hand picked and trained a team that blew production goals through the roof. Not only
with the customer I was initially brought in for, but with many clients.
Received Area Manager of the Year award out of all other AM’s in the company my first

Assisted the DM with all facets of operation.
DISTRICT SUPERVISOR, Jackson, Tn.
Hired and trained an out team for this District in Paducah, Ky. Did all scheduling and supervising of inventories
for the team.
DRIVER – UPS, Paducah, Ky.
Started with UPS as a seasonal helper. One Month after beginning was sent to Lexington, KY for Driver
training and given a route. Left only due to the driver’s route that I was assigned to returned to work after a
couple of months.
WAL-MART SUPERVISOR - Nashville, Tn.
Supervised, Hired and trained all auditors completing Wal-Mart inventories within our District.
