Reno facility performs 80% distribution and 20% manufacturing. Services the West Coast with customers

Director of Operations – Reno
Oversaw all daily operations and supervised 6 direct reports including: 2 department managers, a human
resources representative, administrative assistant, project coordinator and a materials inventory coordinator
and up to 120 dotted line reports. Conferred with HR to establish and execute hiring and termination
practices. Administered requirements necessary organize orders, production, labor, and equipment.
Developed and implemented annual operating budget for both manufacturing and distribution. Led regular
