Over 26 years of construction experience, including 13 years in commercial construction, 13 years in

Project Controls- Assignment as Sr. Scheduler on the Escravos Gas to Liquids project for
Chevron. Primary duties include developing and maintaining a schedule for the
fabrication facility at the port in Warri that will support the main project site in Escravos.
Additional duties include assisting the fab shop superintendant in weld mapping the
drawings to expedite fabrication, as well as daily oversight on the fab shop and office
building remediation currently underway.

issued to KBR by the COE. Upon NTP, my duties would extend to weekly job visits, and
status updates to the ongoing work. Weekly and monthly reporting of progress to date,
based on either manhour target estimates, or percent based on weighted magnitude. Other
duties include weekly assistance in processing timesheets, assisting the cost department
with internal audits, as well as assisting project managers with proposal packages.

ExxonMobil’s MOGAS facility. Develop and maintain various area schedules (using
Primavera 3.0), and manpower reports. Develop hourly shutdown schedules for a general
maintenance shutdown, as well as an unexpected re-boiler shutdown.

Project Controls- Assignment as “Coordinator- Engineering, Procurement, & Expediting”
for the Project Controls Department. This position was created solely for this project, to
handle unique logistical problems not commonly found on other projects. Primary duties
include researching material status as it relates to the construction schedule, then
incorporating material milestones, and tracking them, to ensure that the schedule
accurately reflects the deliverables. There is also an interface with Logistics on a weekly
basis to insure that material delivered to the port, is loaded and shipped to the jobsite, in a
priority reflected by the schedule. The position also acts as a liason for the Project
Controls Department in other matters, where interface is required regarding Engineering
and/ or Procurement issues. In addition to using Primavera Network Scheduling (P3), a
working knowledge of IPMS in an expediting role, as well as Documentum, and Cargo
Tracking, is necessary to research material status.

coordinating with superintendents, and detailing of electrical and instrumentation
activities for the pre- downtime portion of the Hercules Project.

tie in two new trains for the Malaysian National Oil Company’s MLNG facility. Perform
daily updates to Project Schedule using Primavera (P3). In addition to scheduling duties,
performed civil, structural, equipment, piping, paint, & insulation take-offs using Excel
spread sheet, and developed detailed schedules for future projects.

Developed & consolidated three to five annual shutdown schedules per year with Dow
maintenance. Maintained shutdown schedules for the construction division portion of the
shutdown. These shutdowns ranged in size from three days- 1500 mnhrs, to three weeks-
