Sharon was IT Program Manager for the physical conversion of AG Edwards data into Wachovia Securities’ environments.
The physical conversion completed on schedule in February, 2009, and was the largest data conversion in the history of the
retail brokerage industry with a total budget of $860 million. The data conversion encompassed 9 terabytes and 7 billion
rows of data processed by 100+ people over an 18 month integration period.

Managed very large IT programs including high risk, high visibility regulatory and merger data conversion programs
comprised of dozens of dependent integral projects, through full lifecycle development with high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Defined phase deliverables, tracked milestones, scheduled resources, evaluated risks and recommended contingency
plans, managed the development of the technical strategy, assigned resources and tasks, managed quality assurance,
issue resolution, status reviews and reporting, change controls, and compliance with all Enterprise development and

Defined and documented a formal development methodology that included project documentation, communication,
requirements definition, design standards, coding standards, approval checkpoints, testing, validation and results
presentation. Incorporated the formal Data Management development methodology into the Enterprise SDLC, and
rolled out to the organization. Incorporated SOPs, development methodologies and SDLC control points into an easily-
adaptable master project plan which ensured comprehensive, efficient and compliant development plans were created for
each project. Created master project documentation deliverables templates that adhered to the enterprise SDLC
