• Utilized face to face meetings to engage customers on program opportunities, product attributes, existing

shortfalls and future opportunities.

o B2B customer implemented PURELL program across 179 locations.

o Multiple focus groups with Infection Control Personnel and nurses in Chicago area led to

design changes in wipe dispenser development and canister features.
